PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • All clients must be over the age of 18.

  • Proper identification is required on day of service. If identification is not provided, appointment will be cancelled.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit goes towards your total. The remaining balance should be paid by cash, credit or debit card on the day of your service.

  • No additional guests are permitted in the studio as to prevent cross-contamination.

  • Do not consume any caffeine, tea, or alcohol 24 hours prior to treatment.

  • Unless medically necessary, avoid taking aspirin, vitamin E, fish oils or any other products that thin the blood for 3-5 days prior to treatment. 

  • AHA products, retinoids and exfoliating treatments such as microdermabrasion should be avoided for 2 weeks prior to the procedure, and Botox should be avoided for 30 days prior to treatment. 

  • Must not have taken anything with Acutane for 6 months, Tazorac or Retin-A for at least 2-3 weeks. 

  • Chemical and laser peels should be avoided no less than 6 weeks prior to the procedure.

  • Hormone therapies can affect pigmentation and/ or cause sensitivity.

For clients who wear lash extensions: please schedule your lash fill prior to your appointment, as the brow area has a healing time of 10 days and should not be covered, touched, or taped until healing is complete.   

IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS MICROBLADING, MICROSHADING OR TATTOOING OF THE BROWS, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@ICONICINKHOUSTON.COM WITH CLEAR PHOTOS (NO FILTERS) BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR APPROVAL. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND SERVICE MAY BE DENIED. 

Promotional pricing is non-transferable and can only be applied to the month of your original booking date. If you reschedule your appointment to a later date, you will be subjected to a different fee. 

Final results cannot be guaranteed or predicted, as there are many variables that contribute to the final individual result. These include-but are not limited to: aftercare, skin type, lifestyle, and maintenance.

Note: Please avoid losing deposit by rescheduling appointment 24 hours before booked appointment.

Late fee: $25 for every 15 minutes late of appointment. Appointments will be canceled after 30 minutes. 

$50 fee for working over previous work or tattoos done elsewhere. This fee is included in order to reshape, color correct, and perform the requested service for an adequate cover up.  

All services are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse our services.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING DISQUALIFICATIONS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • Skin irritations or psoriasis near the treated area (including rashes, sunburn, acne, etc)

  • Accutane, Retinol, or Retin-A in the past year

  • Antibiotics within 2 weeks

  • Glycolic Acid (chemical peel) within 30 days

  • Received botox in the past 30 days

  • Heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, poor general health

  • Pregnant or nursing               

  • History of Keloids or hypertrophic scarring

  • Diabetic

  • Chemotherapy

  • Viral infections and/or diseases

  • Epilepsy

  • Pacemaker or major heart problems 

  • Organ transplant 

These policies are put in place to protect both our technicians and clients. By booking your appointment you are agreeing to these terms.
